There are various 1st rate corporations that are giving away districts. I think what they are doing is being land owners. They will probably not just give them to you and walk away. You will probably have to pay a rent.

The thing is that the nyan sans along with various other 1st rate corp formed an alliance called the DNS (Dirt snap squad). They pretty much conqered every district. Well, not all of them but they got like 99% of them. Well, people did not iked that very much so they started doing massive attacks. Now, don't get me wrong, 99% of these people got their asses handed to them but, the thing is that the attacks just kept coming. For example we had a practice battle against the dem dirty boyz. By practice it means that if we won we would NOT go after the district i.e.e in mutual agreement. After the battle they told us that on that day they had 21 battles to do. That is alot. Imagine having to fight 21 PC battles. Sure fun the first time but, when this is going almost everyday that gets old and tiring. My guess is that these corps no longer have a need to hold a district and can live off the rent. Again, just my guess. There might be more to it than that.

It gets lonely here with all these districts by ourselves...
